A Sparkling Start to October
There’s something about autumn in London that calls for a touch of sparkle – and on a crisp October evening, we gathered at Hackstons Knightsbridge to do just that.
Our Pour & Explore soirée was a celebration of fine taste and spirited conversation.

Guests were welcomed with glasses of Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée – a refined British sparkling wine, crafted using the traditional Champagne method and matured for three years on lees.
Part-owned by the Taittinger Champagne house, it marries French finesse with the character of Kent’s chalk and flint-rich terroir, creating a sparkling wine of remarkable elegance and depth.
The bubbles flowed freely, fuelling lively exchanges among fellow Ververs as we caught up and toasted to new adventures ahead.
Whisky, Conversation and Discovery

In the Hackstons tasting room was an entirely different kind of exploration. From rare single malts to expertly blended expressions, guests sampled, compared and uncovered new favourites – guided by the team’s deep knowledge and passion for their craft.
Hackstons has curated an inspiring space for lovers of fine wine and spirits to explore and discover.
It was an evening of contrasts: the sparkle of Domaine Evremond, and the rich, smoky warmth of fine whisky. Both perfectly paired with the energy that defines every Verve gathering.
A Toast to Shared Moments
As the night unfolded, glasses clinked, friendships deepened, and plans for the next rally were hatched between sips. Pour & Explore wasn’t just about drinks – it was about discovery, new connections and strengthening friendships.
