We asked you where you wanted Verve rally to take you in 2020 and your support has given us the VERVE to push the boundaries of what our rallies offer and be even more creative in designing these incredible experiences for you.
Before we zoom into the roaring 2020s, lets take a moment to appreciate some of the highlights of 2019.
A Social Evening at Home House – January 2019
We started off the year with a social evening of drinks and canapés at Home House Private Members Club. A beautiful performance from tenor Nicholas Martin added some warm romance to this crisp January evening. This event was proudly sponsored by WEALD Wealth Management.

Casino Royale at The Barracuda Club – March 2019
In March we welcomed our guest list to a Casino Royale themed evening at The Barracuda Club, with Black Jack, Roulette table games and an awe inspiring contortionist performance. Many guests also joined us for dinner after in the exquisite Barracuda Club restaurant. With like minded people like these, you know you’re in for a fun fuelled evening.
Clay Pigeon Shooting – April 2019
In April showers we were graced with some sunshine, as these city slickers headed to the country side. Locked and loaded, with a healthy drive of competition, Verve Rally Members and friends enjoyed a professional Clay Pigeon Shooting experience with our co-hosts from WEALD Weath Management at the renowned Holland and Holland shooting grounds.
Verve Rally Snowdonia – May 2019
The May bank holiday weekend was kicked off with our inaugural Snowdonia Rally. Back by popular demand in 2020 this rally brings the best out of the British roads- see for yourself…
Participants met at Home House Private Members Club for a Friday morning breakfast briefing before getting behind the wheel of the fantastic GT/Supercars that would make our colourful convoy for the weekend. The surprises began at the Start Line in Stratford Upon Avon as the town came out to greet us for an echoing supercar display complete with flags, banners and the atmosphere of adventure. Together we toured the literary legend William Shakespeare’s birth place before a three course dinner overlooking the tranquil Lake Vyrnwy.
The theme for day two of Snowdonia 2019 was speed as the convoy explored a stunning custom driving route through Snowdonia back country. Then our teams left the driving seat to strap into the Velocity 100mph Zipline racing head to head across a beautiful turquoise quarry (worry not, this speedy surprise was an optional addition).
Day 3 of the Snowdonia Rally was spent exploring the beautiful Portmeirion Village and cheering on the Monaco Grand Prix, before the glitz and glamour of the awards night dinner shared with new friends with a flare for photographic drama…
Track Day Championship – June 2019
Verve Rally petrol heads united for an adrenaline-fuelled day supported by The Barracuda Club at the Bedford Autodrome. 15 contestants/ 5 cars/ 3 top prizes/ 1 winner.
Verve Rally Spanish Escapes – June 2019
June this year we took our Verve to the beautiful roads of Spain. Spanish Escapes 2019 was such a success that we can’t wait to get back there in 2020, will you be joining us? See this years’ success story for yourself Here.
Our Rally started in the sensational city of Santander where the supercar soiree began. After getting acquainted with vehicles and new friends we shared dinner overlooking a beautiful blue bay, with some dancing to follow for those who were hungry to explore the nightlife.
Verve Rally participants shared in their feedback that cruising in convoy through the mountains of the Picos de Europa, following twists and turns into the sunshine, was one of their highlights. That night we also stayed at a 12th century monastery converted into a 5* hotel complete with thermal spa to soak and relax.
Summer Rooftop Party – July 2019
BEbrunch at Century Club Soho is always a winner for Verve Rally, so this year we returned for another collaboration. With champagne flowing and the brunch menu of your dreams, there are few better ways to spend a summer afternoon in London.
Friday 13th Lucky for Some – September 2019
Together our guests enjoyed the velvet voice of Singer Nick Pritchard over canapés and drinks. Friday the 13th proved lucky for many on the casino games of our hosts at The Barracuda Club.
Many stayed on to share a dinner in the Barracuda restaurant for a Pan-Asian inspired 3 course meal and wine.

With more Verve to go we set our sights on the picturesque scenes of Italy, threading through Chianti in convoy from Florence to Rome. We began our adventure in the beautiful Belmond Vila San Michelle, with a glass of Champagne in hand overlooking the city, it was the perfect start to a luxurious 4 days. This sold out rally featured a trip to Prada, Michelin star dining within a Castle walled restaurant, vineyard tasting and an incredible Supercar display in the town of San Casciano, complete with medieval Italian reenactment group to cheer us along.
Nothing compares to the awesome sound of supercar engines echoing across the Italian hills.
Social Dinner at Home House – October 2019
An evening of decadence as Verve Rally and Home House members mingle sipping Horse Guards Gin and the premium wine of Benedetta Verga Falzacappa before an intimate Opera performance by James Schouten. Afterwards a smaller group continued on with private dinner over an exquisite 3-courses by our wonderful hosts at Home House.
Verve Rally Charity Gala Ball – November 2019
After a year of successes, it is with gratitude that we held our annual Verve Charity Gala. Raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation to create special experiences in the lives of terminally ill children and their families.
With your support, buying tickets and bidding in our live and silence auction hosted by the brilliant Jamie Breese we raised an astonishing £53,000 for this incredibly worthy cause. Just in time to send this money to fulfil children’s Christmas wishes across the country.
The glitz and glamour of our Verve Rally members, friends and sponsors was a sight to behold in the ballroom of the Sheraton Grand. You sure know how to dress to impress!
The evenings entertainment kicked off with the heart warming performance of the Regal Ballet Ballerinas, followed by street dance astonishment in the form of Miroslav Sekula, the crowd heart throb James Schouten, and Angelica Lopez enticing guests on the dance floor with her sultry columbian voice.
Thank you to The Barracuda Club who provided their casino tables for an extra opportunity to get lucky on the night, as well as hosting a fun filled after party for those who weren’t ready to take off their dancing shoes just yet. Thank you also to our wonderful sponsors at WEALD Weath Management and Home House for your support in making 2019 a truly momentous year for Verve Rally.
